As the old adage alludes to the importance of all social relations no gimmicks, no tricks and explanations can be offered concise and understandable to those in our case, our public, we are obliged to accountability, "as the thick chocolate is better," legislative party fraction Accessibility Without Exclusion (GO), presents the Costa Rican people's report of parliamentary management tasks for the period from 1 May 2010 to April 30, 2011.
elections in February 2010, over 200 thousand Costa Ricans voted for candidates for MPs and members of PASE, resulting in the surprise election of four representatives of our small party, the first power of Republic.
Conscious of the historic responsibility to represent so many wills in the Costa Rican Parliament, we must deal in the period of this report, four key aspects of legislative action, namely: formation of laws, work in committees, political control and social projection, understood as all that action to strengthen the ties of our political body with civil society and its organizations.
With a clear desire to continue protecting and promoting the rights of the population of people with disabilities and the elderly, our parliamentary work during this period has shown a marked emphasis on expanding its agenda and scope issues as national security, defense of the food basket, the pension system, deteriorating national infrastructure, fiscal situation, foreign trade relations and control over public finances, among others.
present 55 bills and managed the approval of 9 laws; integrate 20 committees between regular commissions, special standing, special and full legislative power. addition, we reaffirm our status as an independent political group, able to demand the government of the Republic of attention and prioritization of our ideas and proposals, but without yielding to our principles and beliefs and without having to resort to acts of obstruction or abuse regulations.
also strengthened during this period, links with other opposition factions, without losing our identity, we promote and accompany the creation of important special committees of hearings, public authorities and participate in all acts aimed at legitimate and transparent democratic public decisions and the role of each of its actors.
know that popular expectations about the work of GO is higher, will always be more demands, especially when the people sensed that our fraction, without ties or commitments to political power groups, can and should be generating changes in parliamentary relations, changes aimed at strengthening participatory democracy, civil society access to information and decision making, as well as achieving a better quality of life means for age groups.

If anything has characterized this period, it is our commitment to listen to popular clamor, clamor manifested by social organizations, through the media or in public bars legislation, calling upon never give away or close our ears, because if something have clear is that our people and we owe them and they are one.
