free themes are an essential activity of Congress and a valid expression of independent scientific activity of the various working groups.
The 31 º Congreso Argentino de ORL have a Scientific Committee, which will rise in time and abstracts to be presented as free themes for evaluation and acceptance.
Each author should list the free papers in order of importance to be accepted by the scientific committee.

Each session of free papers will have a commentator appointed by the Scientific Committee.

The oral presentation may not exceed 10 minutes for the presenter, 2 minutes for the commentator and 2 minutes for discussion or questions from the audience and may be accompanied projection exposure to audiovisual material. The result will be present only 4 pounds per hour jobs.

Please note the following guidelines for format and content when doing his job:

The Organizing Committee has established this award with the aim of stimulating scientific production.
